What really impressed me was the involvement of an optometrist, an incredibly caring and capable Asian female doctor (I wish I remembered her name), who meticulously checked and fine-tuned my prescription for almost half an hour. She even offered some valuable suggestions for general eye health, which I found truly thoughtful. Additionally, they used an advanced machine to accurately measure my eye anatomy for ICL sizing, which was a level of detail I hadn't experienced elsewhere.Though I didn't get to meet Dr. Lin, the surgeon, during my consultation, Tommy, my consultor, made sure that my files were thoroughly reviewed by Dr. Lin. Tommy went the extra mile and arranged a virtual meeting with the surgeon, during which Dr. Lin provided a detailed explanation of my case, for a full half hour on a Saturday morning. I felt genuinely grateful for Dr. Lin's thoroughness in advising against lasik or smile procedures, considering my higher risk of keratoconus. Instead, he recommended the ICL procedure and took the time to compare the risks and benefits of each option. This level of personal attention and expertise is very assuring for me.In contrast, my experiences with some other eye centers left me feeling less confident. It seemed they hadn't taken the time to fully examine my eye conditions or answer my concerns regarding certain measurements.As I continue to weigh the best course of action for my vision correction, I can't express enough gratitude for the insightful consultation at IQ Laser Vision. I had a wonderful experience at iq. Every staff member was thoughtful, thorough, and patient with me and I would recommend this place to anyone. The procedure itself was quick, painless, and the recovery was super fast. I basically had 20/20 vision after the first nap they tell you to take when you get home. I got dry eye and a little stinginess a few times during the first week but now i only get dry eye very rarely.

An unbelievably emotional experience with IQ Laser Vision. In my opinion, the medical staff in Westminster and City of Industry were always very professional, thorough, friendly, and patient with me throughout the entire process. I came in extremely anxious but excited to see the greener side of life and finally, I got what Ive wanted for 20 years: VISUAL FREEDOM!Currently still attempting to achieve vision stability and healing of my corneas as it takes time, but I know it will only improve within the coming weeks and following the doctors instructions closely.Personal thanks to Dr. Christine Tran (Counselor/Specialist), Dr. Uyen Nguyen (Optometrist, O.D.), Dr. Erica Liu (Surgeon), and Tommy (Ophthalmic Technician).

I train MMA and usually wear contacts. Missing one in the face and having my left contact lens outflying my left eye is something to be expected. Thanks to IQLaser Vision, there is no need for contacts. I'm still in the recovery phase. So far, the view of the world has been 4K. Thank you IQ Laser Vision Family for SMILE! Recommend!
