Very professional. Definitely recommend, if your afraid of the procedure. They offer free consultation and they do not collect payment until the procedure date is actually approaching. So, you can dip if you ever feel there service or reliability is not up to par. Oh they do collect a 100$ non refundable deposit. That's all i recall. It has been a couple months and my vision is good.

Just had my SMILE done with IQ laser yesterday! Such a life changing decision! Wish I wouldve done it sooner! I had my surgery yesterday 3pm and I was able to drive and continue my normal routine this morning. I had my post-op follow up today and my vision is 20/20 according to the exam! Ps: both of eyes were -2.50 with mild stigmatism prior. The procedure was completely painless and less than 10 minutes for both eyes. Dr. Hofmeister did an amazing job and she kept me calm and relaxed for the entire procedure. Strongly recommend IQ laser to whoever is tired of wearing their glasses/contacts. The process of getting the procedure scheduled and done was super easy. They assigned you a personal consultant to answer all your questions. Theyre #1 for a reason!!!

Got my eye surgery done here, did the SMILE procedure. 10/10 would recommend this place. The Provider was excellent and the staff are really nice and you can feel that youre going to be in good hands. Got 20/15 vision and its life changing!

5 Stars From the age of 8 years old, Ive relied on glasses for clear vision.As someone who enjoys makeup art, especially for the eyes, it was impossible to apply with glasses on, and even more difficult with 20/300 vision.When I learned about the ZEISS SMILE procedure, I was very interested in the fact that it is minimally invasive, gentle, comfortable, and precise.I have an Uncle who did LASIK almost 25 years ago, and although hes content, the thought of a flap being created on my eye wasnt something I was comfortable with.I did some research and found that IQ Laser Vision in Southern California is the #1 ZEISS SMILE center in the USA, so since you only get one set of eyes, it made sense for me to make the trip from Georgia to there to find out if I was a candidate.Once the eye exam was done, and I learned I was a good candidate for the procedure, I was filled with excitement (and nerves) to get it done.The entire team from the patient check in, technicians, Optometrists, and Dr. Erica Liu my surgeon, were incredible.They reassured me at every level, and today I am excited to share that Ive had my procedure and am now 20/15!
