Im not one to write a review of any kind but I really must tell you about Dr Erica Liu and the staff for the IQ Laser Vision. Making the decision to have Lasik wasnt an easy one for me. Im a cookie cutter kind of girl and one who is not fond of change but from the time booked my consolidation and met with my care team I knew I made the right choice. The day of my procedure Dr Liu took her time to explain everything I may experience and encounter during the procedure Dr Liu never once let me feel alone or just a number to her. Dr Erica Liu is an amazing warm person who is a professional, kind and caring who just loves helping people and she just continues to amaze me. Now as for the staff I could go on talking about them forever so let me just streamline it for you simply the most amazing staff you will ever meet. They all flow together like a well oiled machine delevering professionalism, kindness and respect along the way. You can not go wrong with choosing this company for your eyecare needs.

I was recommended to IQ LASER VISION by a friend and I wish I had done it sooner. The procedure was quick and painless, as was the initial recovery time. I had a virtual consultation with Christine and she provided an overview of my options (LASIK, SMILE, etc) and what to expect for the procedures and what the next steps were. She was friendly, personable and answered all of my questions. She scheduled my pre-op eye exam at the Westminster office as that was my preferred location.On the day of my SMILE procedure I was greeted with a warm welcome when I arrived at the Rowland Heights office. The office is modern and they have the latest machines to test your eyes. The staff are very prompt and friendly. I never had to sit around and wait for a long time. They gave me post-operative instructions on what eye drops I needed to use and that I needed to rest for the rest of the day as soon as possible after the procedure. Dr. Patrick Pham made me feel very comfortable before and during the surgery. He provided instructions prior to the surgery and was vocal throughout the surgery letting me know what was going to happen next. The surgery was quick and painless. I spent the remainder of the day resting my eyes and when I woke up the next day I had clear vision. They prefaced that my vision would be hazy and that would clear up. It's been a couple days since the SMILE procedure and my vision is excellent. I am still getting used to the fact that now I can wake up and see clearly and go to sleep without worrying about removing my contacts. I'm so glad I chose to have the SMILE procedure done. It has been extremely convenient to no longer have to rely on glasses and contact lenses.

My husband got his eye surgery (SMILE) done from Dr Pham. We had great experience and staff was very friendly. Dr Pham was very calm and patient with my husband. It made him feel comfortable. I totally recommend going to IQ for your eye surgery.
