Before coming in for SMILE, I was able to speak to Christine (who led my consultation) multiple of times to clear up questions & my nerves. I was consulting at multiple offices, and felt IQ laser had the best professionals and care, so I happily went with them!!Day of procedure: they were busy with tons of patients, but were still attentive to me. I elected to get my pre-op exam and procedure appointments done on the same day. That was great because I do not live close by. Dr. Tran performed by pre-op & Dr. Phan performed my procedure. Together they made me feel comfortable and well informed. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Phan talked to me about the steps he was taking, told me how it was going, and checked if I needed a break. It was less than 15 mins! He was very gentle and made the process smooth and quick for me. They sent me home with everything I needed (sunglasses, googles, eye drops, antibotics) to rest and care for my eyes for the following days.Post-op 3 days later: Dr. Tran told me that I now have 20/15 vision (better than 20/20 vision)!! Yay was so happy! Also, was inspected & told that my eyes were fully healed at that time. That was amazing news for me and one of the reasons I chose smile.One week later: barely any dry eye & use drops maybe 1x a day if needed! Little side effects with light sensitivity & starbursts/halos around lights at night during initial few days. Those have gone away & I am totally comfortable driving at night. Vision is not completely clear yet (still hazy for some far distance reading) but it is quiet sharp and I feel better than I used to wear & glasses contacts!Thank you again to the team!!! Already recommended my boyfriend to go!! Highly suggest you look into the doctors, they are well qualified, and look into SMILE!!

The staff are very friendly and make sure you are taken care of. I would recommend this place as Dr. Lin is a fantastic surgeon!

Very professional staff and overall a great experience for those of you who are considering doing lasik or the SMILE procedure. Would highly recommend that you put them on your list to check out! Dr. Robert Lin is very thorough and skilled in his trade!

The staff is super friendly and the always kept me up to date.Doctors are great explained everything enough where I felt safe to do the procedure.its been only a week and I can already "see" the difference. 🙂
