An unbelievably emotional experience with IQ Laser Vision. In my opinion, the medical staff in Westminster and City of Industry were always very professional, thorough, friendly, and patient with me throughout the entire process. I train MMA and usually wear contacts. Missing one in the face and having my left contact lens outflying my left eye is something to be expected. My experience at IQ laser Vision has been nothing but perfect. I have been wearing glasses since I was 5 years old and the moment my prescription stabilized I began my search for surgery to correct my vision. From consultation, to surgery, to post-op appointments the staff here has been nothing but helpful with whatever it was. The counselor Veronica was very helpful with my process whether it was with general questions, finances, appointments she was the one who helped me figure it out. When it came to the actual appointments the Staff Dr and receptionists were so very kind and helpful. Lastly, on my surgery day I was very nervous as it is normal when it comes to dealing with your eyesight however, Dr. Pham and his assistants did a great job in explaining everything and keeping me calm throughout the procedure which helped out tremendously. I have researched dozens of facilities before following through with the surgery and I am nothing but happy that I chose IQ Laser Vision. I would recommend this place to anyone I know that is interested in correcting their vision.
