I had an amazing experience with IQ Laser Vision. Prior to the surgery, I was very nervous about the procedure. All of the staff, from the Nurses to the Doctors, took great care of me from beginning to end. They walked me through the entire process and gave me all of the support I needed. During the procedure, the doctor was very kind, very supportive and very respectful! The procedure was fast, painless and easy. It has been almost one month since my procedure. My eyes feel great! I can finally see without wearing my glasses! I am so grateful for my experience with IQ Laser Vision! Thank you to every single one of the staff members & doctors!

Had an absolutely awesome experience with IQ Laser Vision. The day of the procedure I was in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. Its been about a month since I had the procedure and its still surreal to being able to see when I get up in the morning. The only thing I regret is I wish I had done this sooner.

My whole experience was great!!! They answered all my questions. They were super nice. They walked me through everything all the way up to the end of my procedure. They were great and Ill represent them to all my friends and family

It's good surgery, their stuff person I think its because new so need more patient.They will try to help you all the thing( of course need around surgery)It's very full booking, so if you need a schedule need to be early and make the sure time it's ok.thanks, Dr. Pan and all persons in Cupertino store.Thanks

I highly recommend IQ Laser Vision if youre looking for THE place to get your eye laser surgery. From start to finish, the staff was always friendly and professional. I first had my consultation with the optometrist, Dr. Tran who is awesome! She made sure I was a good candidate for the surgery and essentially got me prepared for the day of the surgery. She completed an eye exam on me and took me on a tour of the surgery room. Then I met with Steve who helped me with the financial part of the surgery, he was also very helpful and answered all of my questions. When going through the process youll learn that there are different types of laser surgeries. The staff works as a team to help you identify which is the best option for you. I had done my own research and decided that SMILE was the best option for me, and this was confirmed during my consultation. Initially, I thought laser surgery was expensive and maybe even a bit scary but its a real investment where you will actually save more when compared to contacts. Youll also learn that the surgery is safe, recovery is quite fast, and painless. The day of the surgery, you will meet the ophthalmologist/surgeon, Dr. Phan who yet again checks your vision to make sure everything is as precise as possible. Dr. Phan is wonderful! He made me feel very relaxed, gave me thorough instructions of what to expect, and even made me smile during my surgery when he told me I was such a good patient. The whole surgery only took about 10-15 minutes! In sum, I was completely impressed by this technology and team of doctors. After the surgery, you will be instructed to go immediately to bed. Enjoy it and let your eyes heal! Be sure to read all your documents with instructions and follow them so you dont have any problems. Youll likely have to place a few different eyes drops in your eyes pre- and post- surgery. Youll also want to wear your goggles and sunglasses to protect your eyes after the surgery. Listen to the staff's instructions they want to make sure you have the best outcome! After my surgery, my vision got progressively better and better. It has only been a few days since I got my surgery and it really feels miraculous to be able to see perfectly without my contacts or glasses! This has truly been a life-changing surgery that I recommend to anyone.
