I give Ellis Eye IQ laser vision 5 stars because their customer service was exceptional. Having interacted with people from 3 of their locations throughout different stages in the process, from going in the first time to get information on the surgery to post op appointments, I can honestly say that every single one of the people that I came in contact with were nice, professional and helpful. An employee that stood out to me the most was Marleny, she was very attentive and informative with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret it.

I had my EVO ICL done at this clinic. The staff was amiable, kind, and helpful. My wait time was short. The medical assistants and the doctors were very efficient and quick. I was honestly surprised by the staff at every visit. They are very gentle with the patients. They walk you through every single step so you know what is happening. The devices look scary until the staff explains their functioning. They also go over all the instructions for pre-op and post-op care. They are all very approachable in case of any doubts or queries. The office and the equipment are all sanitized. Every experience I have had with the doctors and the staff is a very pleasant memory. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone.Special shout-out to all the case managers. From the time of my consultation to the time I completed my procedure, my case manager was very supportive and personable. I was able to reach out to her as many times as I liked with different questions and she would also reach back out with answers ASAP. She made me feel completely confident and if I was only a little nervous on my procedure day, it was all because of her.

Had my SMILE procedure done on 7/12/24 with Dr Erica Liu and I could not be happier! The whole ordeal was very short, only a few minutes per eye. Its a little odd feeling seeing the lights and then your vision kind of frosts like a window then all of a sudden you can see! No pain at all! It tickles a little when they put the eye clamps on but otherwise no discomfort or anything. I was nervous but the Dr went over everything with me and at no time did I feel pressured. Immediately after the procedure I could already read things I normally would have needed my glasses for. There was a haze like opening your eyes under water, but I was told it would improve over the next few days. Went to hotel and slept, and next morning about 80% of the haze was gone and I could see! They tested me at my follow up and I was reading of the 20/15 line so I was ecstatic!Its been about a week now and my eyes have improved immensely and I only have a small amount of aura type effect around bright lights but its a minor thing and its been improving daily. Overall Im super happy and I thank IQ laser vision for their professionalism and superb expertise performing the procedure! I also want to send a thank you to Dr Erica Liu for performing this awesome procedure on my eyes and granting me glasses free vision!

Ive been wearing glasses for 10+ years, and finally decided to get rid of them. I chose IQ Laser Vision because of their customer service. The front office staff to the doctors, everyone was accommodating, informative, and helpful. In addition to that, the office looks modern, and clean. Even my 16 year old son noted the cleanliness.The procedure is quick, and painless, however the recovery is uncomfortable, but expected as they explain everything in detail, plus it only lasts a day, and then its just a matter of getting used to your new vision.
