Im writing this 6 hours after my procedure, so please bare with me. I have to say I really like this center! Staff are welcoming and polite, and try to do things in a timely manner. I was told that I would need to set aside a few hours to be there, which is what I expected. I believe I stayed at the center from 10am to 12:30pm. Staff were quick to cycle patients through the many steps before the procedure and make sure you understand what will be happening. As someone who has really bad anxiety, they most definitely calmed my nerves down. Going into the procedure was really scary for me, because of course no one likes their eyeballs being messed with. Dr. Ellis and his staff within the operating room were really patient with me and talked me through each step. The procedure took around 4 minutes in totality. Some people see better right away after the surgery, from what Ive heard, but I noticed my vision worsened. Now that Ive gotten home and Ive slept I notice that my vision is slowly restoring, and the itchiness is gone. I definitely recommend using this facility if you are considering getting LASIK eye surgery. Thank you guys so much!! Even as Im typing this Im noticing my vision is getting better :).

The entire staff was extremely informative, helpful, caring, and they made this experience unforgettable. After years of waiting and contemplating where to get my procedure, I am glad I chose to go with IQ Laser Vision. This place is a one-of-a-kind because they treat you more than just a patient. They were personal and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They explained the procedure throughly. I left the appointment with a clear idea of how my procedure would go minute by minute. The day of the procedure went extremely well. They planned everything down to a T. All I had to do was show up. They even communicated with my family on when and how to pick me up. Not only that, after the procedure, they were attentive and were constantly checking up on me. They ensured to answer any questions or concerns I had. Words cant explain how grateful I am for this amazing staff. My vision was a -10 for many years and now I am 20/20! I highly recommend and encourage you to give this staff a chance with your vision!

Before coming in for SMILE, I was able to speak to Christine (who led my consultation) multiple of times to clear up questions & my nerves. I was consulting at multiple offices, and felt IQ laser had the best professionals and care, so I happily went with them!!Day of procedure: they were busy with tons of patients, but were still attentive to me. I elected to get my pre-op exam and procedure appointments done on the same day. That was great because I do not live close by. Dr. Tran performed by pre-op & Dr. Phan performed my procedure. Together they made me feel comfortable and well informed. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Phan talked to me about the steps he was taking, told me how it was going, and checked if I needed a break. It was less than 15 mins! He was very gentle and made the process smooth and quick for me. They sent me home with everything I needed (sunglasses, googles, eye drops, antibotics) to rest and care for my eyes for the following days.Post-op 3 days later: Dr. Tran told me that I now have 20/15 vision (better than 20/20 vision)!! Yay was so happy! Also, was inspected & told that my eyes were fully healed at that time. That was amazing news for me and one of the reasons I chose smile.One week later: barely any dry eye & use drops maybe 1x a day if needed! Little side effects with light sensitivity & starbursts/halos around lights at night during initial few days. Those have gone away & I am totally comfortable driving at night. Vision is not completely clear yet (still hazy for some far distance reading) but it is quiet sharp and I feel better than I used to wear & glasses contacts!Thank you again to the team!!! Already recommended my boyfriend to go!! Highly suggest you look into the doctors, they are well qualified, and look into SMILE!!

The staff are very friendly and make sure you are taken care of. I would recommend this place as Dr. Lin is a fantastic surgeon!

Very professional staff and overall a great experience for those of you who are considering doing lasik or the SMILE procedure. Would highly recommend that you put them on your list to check out! Dr. Robert Lin is very thorough and skilled in his trade!
